COVID-19 Protocols 

We know that our attendees care for those most vulnerable in our communities.  We know that our event must follow and exceed safety guidelines.  We have been in consultation with A.C. Burke at RB HealthPartners to discuss our event infection prevention measures.

The following measures will be implemented at our event:

  1. The venue is a baseball park and all of our activities will be conducted in open-air spaces. 

    • One track of sessions will be held in the Sam Adams Brewpub with open air on three sides

    • Other sessions will be held in tented areas in the stands. 

    • The Trade Show will be set up in the food concourse area.

    • Weather permitting, attendees will eat lunch spaced out in the stands.

  2. Attendees MUST be masked at all times.  There will be an opportunity to spread out and eat lunch, unmasked, and we will offer time for mask breaks.  This policy may be loosened as the event nears, depending on current community spread and prevalence.

  3. Attendees will have to perform a health check upon arrival at the event.  Health Check-ins will be facilitated by our sponsor, AccuShield.

  4. Proof of vaccination MAY be required.  More information is forthcoming.  Medical or religious exemptions will be considered on a case by case basis.

  5. We will provide attendees with personal hand sanitizers AND there will be hand sanitizers on tables and spaced throughout the park.

  6. Our food choices throughout the day will be quick and easy to grab and go, with little time spent in line and minimal need for servers.

  7. There will be limited contact with venue staff, who may also be masked throughout the event.
