As of 2024, Olga serves as an Advisory Group Member, CMS Partnership for Quality Measures, Cost and Efficiency committee. She holds Master of Science degree in Public Health and Healthcare Management and earned Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) Certified Executive of Healthcare Revenue Cycle designation. She is also an HFMA certified Specialist Business Intelligence, supporting her focus on assisting organizations with data-informed decision making.
Melissa is a Manager in BerryDunn’s Healthcare Group, responsible for oversight of the governmental healthcare program reimbursement, such as Medicare and Medicaid cost reports preparation and review, benchmarking, and reimbursement consulting. Melissa strives to cultivate client relationships that include one-on-one interaction and constant communication, allowing her to offer solutions and suggestions based on best practices she has observed in the industry. She serves as a trusted advisor and provides thought leadership on issues related to third-party reimbursement and finance, like certificates of need, feasibility studies, and other matters. She is involved with the preparation and updates to the Senior Living group’s interactive Medicare Prospective Payment System (PPS) rate calculator and SNF provider portal. She frequently presents at BerryDunn healthcare conferences and education events.
