• ​Trade Show Headliner - $3500.00
  includes NHHCA Membership, Exhibitor Space, and highest visibility sponsorship

• Trade Show Sponsor - $2200.00
  includes NHHCA Membership, Exhibitor Space, and digital, printed, and verbal recongition of Sponsorship

• NHHCA Exhibitor Membership:  $1200 (before 3/10/25)

• NHHCA Exhibitor, paid separately from membership ($600) by 5/10/26:  $650

• Non-member Exhibitor:  $1300

• Add $100 for all exhibitor registrations received after 5/10/26.​

Trade Show Setup

​

• All exhibitors will receive a booth space with table, two chairs, and booth signage.  Electricity may be available for an additional charge, details TBD.​

• Booth space is limited for this event and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.  The NHHCA will assign booths one week prior to the event.  We will do our best to assure you are separated from your competitors.​

• Lunch for our attendees is setup throughout the trade show floor, to draw attendees throughout the entire space throughout the entire event.​

• Exhibitors will be listed on the Attendee Event Website with a brief description of services.​
