Assess for Success:  A CARES Tool Refresher

Is your CARES Tool Training certificate is a bit dusty? Was your last training was a Resident Assessment Tool (R.A.T.) Training? Are you a recent trainee who wants a bit more insight into the tool?
During this session, attendees will get a refresher on requirements for resident assessments and use of the tool, discuss pitfalls to avoid, and learn of best practices for use.
This class will NOT serve as a CARES Training. You will NOT be trained to use the CARES after taking this class. You must attend a full CARES Training Class to conduct CARES Assessments, and this breakout session will NOT qualify you to do so.
