Becky Marden, MSN, RN, CNML, CPC
Karen brings more than 25 years of human resources, organizational and workforce development expertise to CCNH. She has designed and executed multiple workforce training programs collaborating with multiple organizations with long-term results. Karen was honored with the Skillworks Employer Champion Award for her contributions in Boston’s workforce development. Karen holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Development from Lesley University. She is current collaborator with Becky Marden in the Granite State PARTNERS Nursing Expansion project, designed to tackle the staffing shortage and strengthen the future of healthcare in New Hampshire.
With over 32 years of nursing experience, Becky Marden is a dedicated healthcare leader specializing in pediatrics and organizational management. She holds a Master’s degree in Nursing Management and Leadership and has played a pivotal role in overseeing inpatient pediatric services while leading the development of new clinical service lines. Becky is deeply committed to education and mentorship. Since becoming a Certified Professional Coach in 2019, she has focused on empowering individuals to achieve their career goals through personalized, one-on-one coaching. Her efforts have helped establish apprenticeship programs at Elliot Health System and create initiatives that engage high school and middle school students interested in healthcare careers, strengthening the future talent pipeline. Becky serves as the Project Director for Granite State PARTNERS.
