The NH Long Term Care Foundation is celebrating 24 years of supporting the educational endeavors of long-term care professionals.

 

The NH Long Term Care Foundation (LTCF) (501(c)3) offers scholarships to long-term care professionals who are looking to further their education with the ultimate goal of providing better care to their residents and enhancing the long-term care industry.  This year, we will be presenting 36 individuals with scholarships totaling nearly $85,000.

 

The LTCF members do all that they can to minimize costs so that they can grant as many scholarships as possible.  Funds for scholarships are raised through sponsorships, voluntary contributions from nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and business associates, and the Annual Scholarship Dinner and Evening of Entertainment.  We look forward to sharing an enjoyable evening with you-celebrating scholarship recipients and networking with peers.

Mission Partner—$15,000

Recognition as Mission Partner Sponsor on event invitation, brochure, and signage at the event

As a Mission Partner Sponsor you will have the honor of awarding two scholarships in your organization’s name

You will receive ten tickets to the event along with an award recognizing your contribution

 

Major – $10,000

Recognition as Major Sponsor on invitation to the event, brochure and signage through event

As a Major Sponsor you will have the honor of awarding a scholarship in your organization’s name

You will receive ten tickets to the event along with an award recognizing your contribution

 

Premier – $7,500

Recognition as Premier Sponsor in brochure and on signage through event

As a Premier Sponsor you will have the honor of awarding a scholarship in your organization’s name

You will receive six tickets to the event along with an award recognizing your contribution

 

Patron – $ 5,000

Recognition as Patron Sponsor in brochure and on signage at registration

As a Patron Sponsor you will be recognized by the emcee for your contribution

You will receive two tickets to the event along with an award recognizing your contribution

 

Dinner Sponsor– $4,000

As the Dinner Sponsor signage will be placed on each table at the event and recognition in brochure.

 

Hors d’Oeuvres Sponsor– $3,000

As the Hors d’Oeuvres Sponsor, signage will be located on the hors d’Oeuvres station at the event

Sponsorship will include recognition on cocktail tables and in brochure .

 

Wine Sponsor– $2,500 (2)

As a Wine Sponsor, signage will be located at the bars at the event and in the brochure .

 

Platinum– $2,500

Recognition as Platinum Sponsor in brochure and on signage at the event
Sponsorship will include verbal recognition during the event

Gold – $2,000

Recognition as a Gold Sponsor in brochure and on signage at the event

Sponsorship will include a verbal recognition during the event

 

Silver – $1,500
