The registration for this event has closed. Any registrations received after 04/15/2015 at 11:45a will be added to a waiting list.

To be added to the wait list, please email orders@nhhca.org with the following information:

1. Your name (and names of others you wish to register)
2. Your facility name
3. Your email address
4. Your work phone number
5. Session choices (for all people you wish to add to the wait list)

 

As we receive cancelations, we will contact people on the wait list, in the order in which they were added.
