NHHCA Conference Printing Reduction
At the 2018 Spring Conference, the NHHCA announced a plan to phase out the printing of slides and handouts for our conferences in 2019.
Starting with this event, the NHHCA will NOT be providing printed handouts of the presenter's slides for each program. If you wish to have presentation slides available, we ask that you download them prior to or at the conference. The NHHCA will post any appropriate presentations one week before the event and attendees can choose to download these to a digital device (tablet, iPad, phone, computer) or print them out prior to the conference. If a presenter has handouts that attendees will need to use/reference at the conference, those will be printed for you and provided at the conference.
During the event, there will* be wi-fi available to all attendees and links to the presentations will be given prior to each program, so if you did not download presentations ahead of time, you will* be able to download them at the event.
*the wi-fi is available via our venue, who makes every effort to assure that there is internet availability for all attendees. We cannot predict extraordinary circumstances in which this connectivity is compromised.
