TRADE SHOW EXHIBITORS - ATTEND, SPONSOR, NETWORK!

ATTEND

You will not want to miss the FIRST ORGANIZED GATHERING in two years!  The Trade Show component of our event is a great opportunity for goods and service providers to "pitch" to their current and potential customers!  Our educational topics are chosen to attract decision makers within a facility.  These leaders are looking to optimize their organizations and want to learn how your organization can help them in their efforts.

For 2021, our show will be scaled down and spread out to minimize COVID-19 risk.

​

Exhibitors will be provided one (1) six foot (6') table and a chair.  If you need access to electricity, please indicate this on your exhibitor registration form.  You will need to provide an extension cord (and power strip?) to get from the electrical outlet to your table.  A basic table covering will be provided.  Exhibitor Fee includes TWO attendees.  Additional attendees are $50 each.

Exhibitor Registration is limited to the Trade Show only.  Registration for the educational sessions will be limited to FACILITY-BASED STAFF only.  We hope to return to allowing exhibitors to register for the educational sessions at future events.

SPONSOR

KEYNOTE PITCH SPONSOR - $5,000

The keynote sponsor will be at the top of the lineup at this event.  

Verbal and visual recognition as keynote sponsor throughout event.

Recognition on "Jumbotron" during lunch ceremony.

Opportunity to speak to attendees before the keynote speaker LIVE or pre-recorded.

TIP YOUR CAP SPONSOR - $2,000

The Cap sponsor will have their logo included on a baseball cap given to each attendee
Verbal and visual recognition during event.

​

MASK UP SPONSOR - $1,000

The mask sponsor will be recognized on posters at a masking station and on printed materials throughout the event.

​

KEEP IT CLEAN SPONSOR - $1,000

The Keep It Clean sponsor will have their logo printed on individual hand sanitizers which will go to every attendee at the event.

MASK BREAK SPONSOR - $750

The Mask Break Sponsor will be recognized verbally and visually during snack/mask breaks at the event.

 

RECHARGE SPONSOR - $500

The Recharge sponsor will be recognized visually in an area set up for attendees to recharge their devices mid-event.

DOOR PRIZE SPONSOR - $250

The Door Prize Sponsor will be recognized verbally during announcing of door prize winners!

NETWORK

This is a great opportunity to network with facilities and with other businesses who support long-term care providers!

 

DETAILS 

We are developing our protocols to assure that we are minimizing or eliminating the risk of contracting COVID-19 at our event.  Attendees who are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 will not be allowed to attend.  Attendees who have been in close contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19 in the days prior to our event are asked to refrain from attending.  Attendees MUST be masked at all times unless consuming food and drink.  Attendees are asked to socially distance for the duration of the event.  More details will be communicated as the event approaches.

Early Bird Registration:  $325.00 on or before 8/11/21
Regular Registration:  $400.00 after 8/11/21

Includes entry into Trade Show and lunch for up to 3 people.  Additional Attendees $50.00.
