Policies
Attendance at Educational Conference:

Attendees of this event MUST be the employee of a long-term care community, an event speaker or volunteer, or an Annual Sponsor of the NHHCA. Detailed Attendance Policies can be found here.

Attendance at Annual Meeting:
​
Attendance of the NHHCA & NH LTCF Annual Meeting is limited to Educational Conference Attendees and NHHCA Business Members who register to attend the Annual Meeting. All NHHCA Business Members must register ahead of time and may only attend the luncheon portion of the event on Thursday, November 20, 2025 from 12:00n - 2:00p. Annual Meeting attendees are asked to arrive and depart as requested in communications prior to the event. (11:45a Arrival, 2:00p departure).

Cancellation:
The NHHCA must provide attendee counts to the hotel in advance of the event and guarantee payment for this count. Therefore, we require that cancellations be provided 5 business days in advance of the event. Registrations will not be refunded (nor invoices voided) after this date except for if a surveyor team arrives in your community AND plans to be on-site on the days of the conference. Substitutions, on-site or in advance, are welcome.

Handouts:

The NHHCA will not provide printed handouts at this event, except at the request of presenters who have worksheets that will be used at the event. Presentations, when approved by presenter, will be made available digitally prior to or after presentations, at the discretion of the presenters and NHHCA staff.

CEUs:
​
Attendees must be scanned into each educational session, attend the entirety of the session, and complete a post-event survey to qualify to receive CEUs. CEUs will be reconciled after the event and be sent via email by early December. Attendees who do not meet the criteria above will not be able to receive CEUs.​​
