The Trade Show will be held in the Armory!

The Trade Show will be held in the Armory at the Radisson Hotel again this year. Our layout and format keeps the traffic flowing to your booth AND allows your target audience greater access to exhibitors during the educational breakout sessions.  Our draft floor plan can be found here.  Space is limited - so sign up now!

This year's event theme is "Canstruction"!  September is Hunger Action Month and we will be helping raise awareness about hunger in NH and collecting food for the NH Food Bank.

As one Seniors Aid New Hampshire member said, "I have three delicious meals a day provided at my facility - and I realize that not everyone is as lucky as I am - so I want to help."

This year's "Booth of the Year" is a bit different.  Instead of dressing your booth to a certain theme, we are asking exhibitors to build simple or elaborate Can-Struction Projects.  (See images above for ideas or do an internet search on Canstruction).  Attendees will vote for their favorite Can-Struction display.  At the end of the Trade Show, all non-perishables used to create these Canstruction projects will be donated to the NH Food Bank.

Alcoholic beverages and confetti are not allowed in the trade show.  Being an NHHCA member does not increase your chances of winning.  Please keep all themed items tactful.  Themed goodies/giveaways are allowed to be handed out to attendees.  Only one booth will be named 2014 Booth of the Year.  NHHCA deems the right to deny themed items if deemed inappropriate.  If you have any questions about the rules or regulations, please contact Kristen at kschmidt@nhhca.org or (603) 226-4900.

Click here for the NH Food Bank's PDF describing Canstruction. THIS DOCUMENT IS ONLY FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES.  You do NOT need to fill out this application to build a Canstruction project at the NHHCA Trade Show.

Raffles!

Bring a raffle item of your choice to be given away during our Trade Show.  Participating exhibitors will have an opportuniy to say a few words to the crowd before choosing the winning ticket and presenting the winner with their prize!  Participation is not required, but encouraged.  Exhibitors are not eligible to win raffle items from other exhibitors.
