Nicholas Gabriele

With nearly 40 years’ experience in health care code compliance, fire protection and emergency management, Nick knows the regulatory landscape of the health care industry. As a Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS), Nick has led teams across North America and the globe to provide fire and life safety and emergency management services to a range of regional and state health care entities, including health care systems, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers and long-term care.
Nick’s fire safety experience includes years as both a career and volunteer firefighter. He is a certified Fire Service Instructor and has taught advanced courses in firefighter training, incident command and hazardous materials response. Prior to joining our team, he served as Fire Chief with the State of Connecticut, directly responsible for the protection of a vulnerable residential population with the Connecticut Department of Developmental Services.
Nick is currently the Chair of the NFPA 99 Technical Committee on Health Care Emergency Management and Security and a Primary on the NFPA 101 Life Safety Code® Board and Care Facilities Technical Committee.
Michelle Hilger

Michelle began her career in 2009 at a laboratory focusing on oil, coolant, and diesel fuel sampling across the US. After 8 years, she transitioned to business development roles in power generation service and parts companies.
​
Recognizing a significant need for trained technicians and advocacy in the power generation industry, Michelle founded Mongoose Power Solutions in 2019. Mongoose Power Solutions is an onsite power industry advocate and diesel fuel specialist that bridges the gaps between independent service providers, manufacturers, regulatory agencies and end users through education and training.
Dylan Parrow

Dylan has experience in various fire protection engineering disciplines, including fire suppression systems, fire alarm systems, fire detection systems, and building life safety analysis. He develops fire alarm and fire sprinkler system design drawings and layouts, coordinates fire alarm system acceptance testing, prepares fire alarm system and fire sprinkler system design narrative reports and specifications, reviews shop drawings, as-built drawings, and submittal packages, performs hydraulic calculations for sprinkler systems, and conducts life safety code evaluations.

Office of Professional Licensure & Certification (OPLC)

Michael began his career with the Office of Professional Licensure and Certification (OPLC) in 2018 as the Real Estate Investigator/Prosecutor assigned to the Real Estate Commission. In 2019, Michael was promoted as one of the two rules’ attorneys within the OPLC. In August 2020, he became the current Administrator III/Investigations Bureau Chief for the OPLC-Division of Enforcement (since August 2020) responsible for the implementation of policies and procedures of the division, oversight of all investigations involving 54 professional licensing boards and direct supervision of 10 employees and 5 contract investigators.
Michael attended Franklin Pierce University and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice (Suma Cum Laude). Michael is a 2013 graduate of the Massachusetts School of Law and is admitted to practice in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Prior to joining OPLC in 2018 as the Real Estate Investigator/Prosecutor, Michael worked 25 years as an investigator with the NH Public Defender.
Michael has been the guest and keynote speaker before a number of professional associations including the NH Bar Association, NH Realtor’s Association, Colby-Sawyer College (Nursing Program), and other various professional associations.
Molly Rossignol, DO

Molly Rossignol, DO graduated from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1996. Her family medicine residency was at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston. She practiced family medicine in New Hampshire for 15 years before completing an Addiction Medicine fellowship at the University of Wisconsin- Madison. She has practiced addiction medicine in New Hampshire since her return to the state in 2015.
She has been the Medical Director of the NH Professionals Health Program since February 2021. Molly has been on the Governor’s Healthcare Task Force for Substance Use Prevention, Treatment and Recovery since 2008. Dr. Rossignol was appointed to the Therapeutic Cannabis Medical Oversight Board in 2019 and she is on the NH Lawyer’s Assistance Board. Dr. Rossignol is on the New Hampshire Medical Society Council, is the president of the Northern New England Society of Addiction Medicine and is the past president of the NH Academy of Family Physicians.
