Our exhibitors and attendees had a GREAT TIME at this event last year - you won't want to miss out and see what's NEW for 2024! The Trade Show component of our event is a great opportunity for goods and service providers to "pitch" to their current and potential customers! Our educational topics are chosen to attract decision makers within a facility. These leaders are looking to optimize their organizations and want to learn how your organization can help them in their efforts.

Exhibitors will be provided one (1) six foot (6') table and two chairs. If you need access to electricity, please indicate this on your exhibitor registration form. You will need to provide an extension cord (and power strip?) to get from the electrical outlet to your table. A basic table covering will be provided. Exhibitor Fee includes TWO attendees. Additional attendees are $50 each.

NEW FOR 2024! Attendee Badge Scanning App. Exhibitors will have the opportunity to scan attendee badges to track atttendance to their booth and make notes on conversations. This is a time saver for exhibitors and allows quicker follow-up! Access to this app is $99 for exhibitors. This fee allows multiple people at your "booth" to scan attendees. More details forthcoming as we get closer to the event. Note: Trade Show Sponsors receive access to this app as a part of their sponsorship - no additional fee. See below for Sponsorship notes.

Exhibitor Registration is limited to the Trade Show only. If you or your team wishes to attend the Education Sessions, you will need to register separately as an attendee. You may only register as an attendee if you are registered as an EXHIBITOR.

SPONSOR

This is an opportunity for you to build brand awareness among attendees AND show that you support their efforts to continuously improve quality care in New Hampshire. Choose TRADE SHOW SPONSOR Membership or above to be a sponsor of the event.

Have their logo printed on Attendee bags
Receive verbal and digital recognition during opening and closing remarks
Have a digital ad in the Event App/Event Website
Access to an app to scan attendee badges and make notes on conversations for no additional fee.

Registration Fees:

Includes entry into Trade Show and lunch for up to 2 people. Additional Attendees $50.00.

Registration fee increases by $100 after Friday, May 17th at 11:59p EDT.
